yo, yeah so just had a binge.

pretty sure im going to jot this down so i dont have to think of it for a second longer.
yes judd laugh it up your probably thriving off the fact that i failed. boo.

Okay so saturday was terrible. Just going to come out and straight up say it.

My day consisted of just flying around the house for the day and then it hit 5 oclock and cocktail hour came around thanks to mum :(

Okay dont judge me.

.potato salad.
.2 controue orange cocktails.
.2 heinkienbeers.
.1 pureblond.
.2 cups of goon and mildura.
.vodka lime soda.
.3 pulses.

Waaaaaaaaaaa. Staurday night. failure.

Okay so the next morning is today!

wake time: 12.00.

.1 mouthful of yogurt.
.2 sushi rolls - raw salmon and cooked tuna. (not vego)
.half a starburst grape lollipop.
.tuna salad.

Went swimming as my exercise:)

friday = doom day.



MY DREAM BIRTHDAY SUSHI CAKE.


Oooooootay. I know i have been slack for the past couple of days so i will fill it in. Ill just get straight to it.

So after i walked into town on Thursday:

5.11.09
.gym.
.sushi (tuna, avo, and Californian.)
.d. Stuarts. suppressant tea.
.thai for dinner. (so good. panang panang.)
.3L water.
.green tea.


Okay then onto Friday. Which would have been that bad besides the fact its sams bday soon i insisted on making him a cake thinking i would be able to kick old habits from childhood and not lick everything in site....

So here it goes;

06.11.09
wake time:7.00
.sushi (seriously getting into the sushi hardcore, but im going to only try eat vegetarian sushi unless is raw though these days because it all adds up.)
.walked to mad's.
.(midday): i licked - everything. :( orange,blue, aqua, orchid, yellow, hulkmania green, red, pink icing. dido to the cake mix.
walked home from mad's.
.cake. (i had to eat it. its sams birthday and it took us two hours to make a beautiful marble cake, like it had to be done. regret it but oh well. so yum though)
. sushi(combo pack from zenex. yuuuuuuuuuuuum.)
.2Ls water.


So yeah that was Friday. Hate re reading that but its cool i didn't really feel bad at the time.

Today is a new day. Today's a Saturday and its hard to not drink on a Saturday night sometimes for me but im going to give it a shot.
Wake time: weekend sleep in till 10.15

As of yet have done nothing..
I will do some thing..

Most likely to have sushi again.

day 3 :( wine time isnt good for me.

Following on from yesterdays outlay of food.

.green tea.
.only 4 glasses of water :(
.eggs on toast with tomato (MG)
.salmon salad.
.orange.
.vege and risotto rice stirfry.
.1 glass of wine (booo i know baaaaad bad bad. but yeah ide rather drink wine than eat chocolate..mm still doesn't justify it but what are you going to do. hard living the alcho life with others when you cant drink).


Yup cool so had a average day, minus the stupid wine time.


Blerb: i have to be short and sweet right now because i woke up later then i wanted to and i have to go into town like right about now so..:

Wake up time:9.15.
.walking into town.

That is all i dont know whats going to happen. But apparently im having pad thai for dinner so im thinking of trying to only eat fruit and veg today.
And my motto for today is "water,water,water".

Okay im out. Also trying to go to the gym today tryyy. :)

day 2. :)


03.11.09 - Rest: Okay so yeah for the rest of the day i did kinda alright i think:

It wasn't till about mid morning until i started eating which was and from there on.

.a mango
.soybean vegie burger (bread bad but it was multi"hardcore"grain)
.a plain garden salad. (avo)
.4 L's of water.
.coffee - long black and like a touch of no fat milk.

So all about pretty okay. should probs cut down on the bread but yeah i wanted that burgs bad.

Anyway today is a new day and i feel the need to put some more strenuous exercise in because lately all i have been doing is walking and cardio just isn't cutting it of late.

So back im off to the gym as of now.
I have been paying my gym fees and not going because im stupid and lazy so wasting money and getting fat. Cool.
This will end as of now.

So the day is Wednesday 4th November and i have 7 weeks to get my self fully fit again because i want to bring the new year in feeling healthy and energetic.(highly doubt i will but feeling like that the next day but yeah.. worth a try).

Wake time: 6:45.

.walked into town.
.juice. (detoxification juice)
.walked home.
.gym.

And the rest is history ill fill you/me/el (hey hanely) in tonight,who ever seriously will read this.

detox detox detox.

Okay so lately been feeling a bit like i have jumped off the being healthy bandwagon and straight onto the drinking away my dress sizes one by one.. so i need to do what i always do and start my "get on top of it" bwag. but when its only me i feel the need to cheat and feel okay with it, so... im bloggin this little baby. So every time i blog i will feel bad if i have cheated and have to suffer everyone knowing. Therefore this will make me only eat well to serve my blog well.

So starting from today im blogging whatever i drink, eat, exercise and wake up.
I know i may be the one and only person who does read or care about this butt.. it will hopefully keep me motivated.

.walked into town
.juice - detoxifying (healthy life..yeah im reppin' it woo)
.walked home.

I really wanted to add a picture but yeah im still not blog savy atm. so yeah go without.
